Are you able to provide a service to prevent the occurrence of overdue accounts?

In addition to providing services for debt recovery, we are also able to provide preventive measures that eliminate the occurrence of overdue accounts. Our credit management services and solutions help free up funds and improve cash flow, which is fundamental in business operations.

After I submit a debt for collection, how will I know what progress has been made and how long collection will take?

Collection times vary between debts and depend on various factors, for example how cooperative the debtor is. We will contact you whenever significant developments in your case occur, whether positive or negative. You will also be able to contact us via email or telephone for updates.

How are your fees calculated?

When calculating administration and recovery fees, we take several factors into consideration: the amount outstanding, the age of the debt, how much documentary evidence you can provide, and whether the debtor disputes the debt.

Our collection specialists will be able to provide you with a quote. Please provide us with some preliminary information using our online debt submission form.

When and how can I contact you?

Our collection specialists can be reached by telephone between 9.30am and 6.30 pm on weekdays. Our telephone number is 844-319-7622.

Outside of office hours, we can be reached via our online contact form, or alternatively by email at info@unitedrecoverysolutions.us

When is the best time for me to engage in a debt collection agency?

As soon as possible. The more time passes, the smaller the chance of recovery becomes.

What is the maximum and minimum debt amount you will deal with?

We have no maximum debt value. As an established debt collection agency, we are used to working on debts across a wide range of values and volumes, and have dealt with debts ranging from $1000 to $6,000,000. Whether you wish to submit a single high-value debt, or hundreds of smaller debts, we have the capacity and capability to carry out collection.

We can only deal with debts with a value of $1000 or above. However, this value can be achieved by combining smaller debts.
